Failed edits

If an edit fails, no credits are used. If an edit finishes but the result is clearly wrong because of a fault on our side, email us the details and we will restore the credits it used or re-run the edit.

Refunds for a paid plan

If you are not happy with your first paid month, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it, as long as you have used no more than 5 credits. This applies once per customer.

After that, payments are not refundable, including for the part of a month you have not used, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, we will refund the extra charge.

Credits

Credits renew every month and have no cash value. Credits you did not use are not refunded; they carry over only as described in the Terms. Credits are not carried over if a payment is overdue or the subscription has ended. Deleting a video does not give credits back.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it stops renewing. We do not charge cancellation fees.

How to ask

Email support@terminalclip.cloud from the address on your account and say what happened. We reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several days to show up, depending on your bank.

Our payment provider may also handle refund requests under its own terms, and its rules apply to payments made through it.
